Our bakery does not have a phone number. All special orders must be submitted electronically through this page or by emailing us at orders@starfirebakery.com.
Submitting your electronic request is Step 1 of the process. Step 2 is our team reviewing the request and verifying if we can accommodate it on your preferred date. Your order is considered “Confirmed” when you receive a reply email from us saying it is confirmed.
All standard order requests must be placed at least 1 week (7 days) prior to requested pick-up date. If you are submitting a request for a wedding or large event, please contact us with as much lead time as possible- The farther in advance, the better. We are a busy bakery and can only accommodate a set number of special orders per day.
Pick-up times for special orders are between 9:30am-4:00pm on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday. We are closed on Tuesdays. Special orders for Wednesday pickup are possible depending on the order. Please reach out for availability.
Allow up to 2 business days for us to reply to your order request.
Include the following information in your request: Food Item, Size (cakes are 6”, 8”, or 9”), Quantity, Special Dietary considerations, and if you would like any words on top of the cake (basic message such as “Happy Birthday Joe” is included in the price of the cake).
Once your order is confirmed by us, payment can be completed via emailed invoice or you can pay in-person when you arrive for pick-up.
